Job summary

gpac is seeking a hands-on Production Manager for a growing signage company in Walnut Creek, CA. You will oversee the complete production process, from design to installation, and lead a 5+ person production team to deliver high-quality signage on time.

You will operate large-format printers, cutters, lamination and CNC/machining workflows, ensuring schedules, inventory, and safety standards are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a manufacturing or signage production environment.
• Expertise in vinyl printing, cutting & application, dimensional lettering, ADA signage, and electrical signs.
• Strong knowledge of sign-making materials (vinyl, metals, acrylics, adhesives, substrates).
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and sign industry software (preferred).
• Proven leadership experience, managing direct and indirect reports.
• Detail-oriented mindset with multitasking in a fast-paced setting.
