Responsibilities

As a Sign Production Lead, you will be responsible for building, training, and managing a top‑tier production team while overseeing all aspects of sign fabrication and installation. Your leadership will ensure projects meet deadlines, quality standards, and customer expectations—all while fostering a positive, engaging, and creative work culture.

• Manage daily operations of the sign production team, including workflow, and quality control.
• Supervise sign fabrication and installation, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to industry standards.
• Teach and mentor employees on best practices in sign production, material selection, and safety procedures.
• Assist in Developing SOPs
• Foster a fun, collaborative, and innovative team environment, encouraging creativity and teamwork.
• Coordinate with designers to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain equipment and materials, ensuring a safe and organized production space.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have a strong background in sign production and installation. Leadership and team‑building experience preferred. We are looking for someone who can assist in recruiting, training, and developing a top‑notch production team.

• Experience in sign fabrication and installation, including vinyl graphics, channel letters, and large‑format printing.
• Ability to build and grow a production team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Knowledge of production equipment and materials, such as CNC routers, laser cutters, and wide‑format printers.
• Project management and organizational abilities, ensuring jobs are completed on time and within budget.
• Ability to teach and train employees, breaking down complex techniques into clear, practical lessons.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain processes and mentor team members effectively.
• Passion for fostering a fun, positive, and creative work culture.

Compensation: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
