Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Fremont Factory is seeking a qualified professional to lead QRMP implementation and ensure adherence to GMPs and SOPs for product quality and safety. The role includes auditing, procedure development, and cross-functional collaboration.

The incumbent will manage costs and scheduling, drive productivity, and support continuous improvement initiatives across production teams, with a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Risk Management processes.
• Ability to develop procedures and corrective actions.
• Strong understanding of GMP and SOPs in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP system and standards as per plant accountability list.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz quality standards to ensure product quality and food safety per GMPs and SOPs.
• Prepare departmental costs and variances related to productivity, scheduling, materials, and sanitation.
• Organize and facilitate production line activities to meet quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and Factory teams to improve quality and productivity.
• Support employee involvement in safety, problem solving, project planning, and vendor/customer relations.
