Job summary

Kraft Heinz seeks a results-driven professional to manage QRMP and drive KHMS across the Jacksonville operation. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure quality, safety, and cost improvements while adhering to GMPs and SOPs.

The role requires 5 years in manufacturing with leadership experience and a strong Lean Six Sigma background; a bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. Base salary ranges are provided with a performance bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Food Technology, or related field strongly preferred.
• 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment is required.
• 5 years of progressive leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in the development of procedures and corrective actions.
• Oversee and lead the implementation of the QRMP system and operational standards as outlined in the plant accountability list.
• Drive KHMS across the operation by monitoring performance, identifying gaps, and leading actions that improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost results.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz quality standards to ensure product quality and Food Safety by following GMPs, SOPs and Kraft Heinz specifications.
• Prepare departmental costs and variances with regard to productivity, scheduling, material use, and sanitation.
• Organize and facilitate production line activities to ensure conformance to quality, safety, and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Suppliers, Engineering, Quality, and Factory Employees to improve quality and productivity.
• Support employee involvement in safety, problem solving, project planning, and vendor/customer relations.
