Job summary

The Kraft Heinz Company in Fremont is seeking a production supervisor to lead QRMP audits, implement system standards, and ensure GMP/SOP adherence across the plant. You will collaborate with development, suppliers, engineering, and quality teams to improve product quality and productivity, with a base salary range of $120,800 to $151,000 and eligibility for a performance bonus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the QRMP audit and assist in developing procedures and corrective actions.
• Oversee and lead QRMP system implementation per plant accountability list.
• Adhere to Kraft Heinz GMPs, SOPs and specifications to ensure quality and safety.
• Prepare departmental costs and variances for productivity, scheduling, materials and sanitation.
• Organize production line activities to meet quality, safety, productivity and cost targets.
• Collaborate with development, suppliers, engineering, quality and factory staff to improve quality and productivity.
• Support employee involvement in safety, problem solving, planning, vendor relations and teamwork.
• Monitor and update area practices and policies for compliance.
• Coordinate weekly packaging/processing area scheduling to optimize productivity.
• Prepare, distribute and follow up on records, reports and forms.
• Ensure strong cross-functional communication with employees, vendors and regulators.
• Monitor productivity data and develop corrective actions for improvements.
• Implement safety measures and monthly safety meetings with supervisors.
• Report quality defects and determine corrective actions.
• Apply KHGPS principles to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Assist supervision of production staff, including performance management and development.
