Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proactive problem solver with ownership and accountability.
• Strong understanding of supply chain operations, processes and best practices.
• Ability to balance resources, priorities and workloads in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and direct development, planning, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new or existing products and technologies.
• Establish and implement business plans and technical project objectives to meet short- and long-term goals of production.
• Manage employees in manufacturing or product assembly support departments.
• Collaborate with quality groups to ensure GMP compliance.
• Prepare documentation, reports and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• May manage the NPI process, including prototype build and ramping to volume production.
