Job summary

Legends Global Denver is seeking a Production Manager to coordinate and oversee daily event activities, staff payroll, and venue production maintenance. The role requires leadership to manage back-of-house operations, communicate across venue teams, and ensure seamless event execution.

Responsibilities include advancing events with promoters and clients, reviewing contracts, and coordinating with city partners for service needs.

Qualifications

• Baccalaureate degree required.
• Five years’ management / supervisory experience required.
• Familiarity with union labor environment / CBA implementation.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and inter-personal skills.
• Ability to speak, understand, and read standard English.

Responsibilities

• Prepare event outlines and daily back-of-house event payroll and staffing.
• Coordinate and disseminate event information to venue ops, security, FOH, and catering.
• Assist with outside vendors/clients and coordinate city partner services.
• Advance events with promoters and managers; generate labor calls and payroll estimates.
• Review contracts for space rental and ancillary charges; ensure accuracy.
• Conduct site visits and inform on facility capabilities, labor, and costs.
• Work with clients to ensure efficient event operations using facility and labor.
• Walk venues to verify setups; ensure client needs are met before events.
• Assist with equipment, permits, and purchase orders; help develop policies.
