This role guides the production team in creating comprehensive plans aligned with contracts and objectives, oversees budgets, and ensures all production, venue, and artist requirements are met to deliver high-quality events.

The position emphasizes managing resources, coordinating internal and external teams, and maintaining exceptional client satisfaction while adhering to budget

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in a related field.
• 4–6 years of related professional experience.
• Experience interpreting event contracts and developing production budgets.
• Prior experience in the music industry preferred.
• Working knowledge of technical aspects of concert and live event production.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve logistical and technical challenges.
• Strong ability to create, manage, and maintain event production budgets.
• Performs well under pressure and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact/liaison for the venue and estimate show costs.
• Advance and coordinate all technical aspects of events including logistics, rentals, labor, parking, security and schedules.
• Ensure contract and budget adherence and track production expenses.
• Manage day-of-show operations and supervise production staff.
• Prepare and present production expenses for settlement.
• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training of production staff.
