Job summary

CRH Americas Building Products in Kalamazoo, MI, is seeking a Production Manager to lead daily production and maintenance operations in line with our safety culture and cost targets.

You will coordinate production plans, drive continuous improvement, and ensure asset reliability through preventive maintenance. Strong leadership, scheduling, and training focus are essential to meet performance goals and compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma (or equivalent) with 5+ years leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field or Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall production and maintenance operations.
• Coordinate daily/weekly production plan to meet delivery schedules and cost targets.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through appropriate channels.
• Ensure asset reliability through preventive maintenance plans.
• Ensure safety, training, and adherence to policies and regulations.
