Qualifications

• Must have production leadership or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop production staff.
• Experience in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, or CI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily production operations.
• Supervise, coach, and develop production employees and leadership teams.
• Monitor production schedules, staffing, quality, and productivity.
• Ensure production goals and customer requirements are met.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and overall performance.
• Collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Promote a strong safety culture and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze production metrics and implement corrective actions.
• Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
• Maintain strong communication between management and production teams.
