Job summary
CRH Americas Building Products in Houston, TX area is seeking a Lean Manufacturing and Capital Projects Leader to drive production improvements across regional plants. You will apply lean tools, evaluate processes, and mentor plant teams to enhance safety, quality and profitability.
Responsibilities include leading capital projects, ROI analysis, plant layout optimization, and training on kaizen and 5S. You will partner with operations and sales to identify opportunities and ensure projects are
Qualifications
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience, ideally in precast.
- Proven lean manufacturing implementation and continuous improvement track record.
- Quality control/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
- Ability to lead multiple complex projects and teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve production methods using lean tools and QC standards.
- Lead capital projects with ROI analysis and budget oversight.
- Coach plant teams on kaizen, 5S and lean techniques.
- Optimize plant layout to reduce waste and costs.
- Identify and drive opportunities for improvement across regional locations.
