Job summary

Oldcastle Infrastructure is hiring a Production Manager to lead production and maintenance operations at the Kalamazoo, MI plant. You will drive safety, efficiency, and cost control while aligning with the company vision and values. You’ll coordinate production plans and foster continuous improvement across the facilities.

The role emphasizes staff training, asset reliability, and accountability for standards, policies, and safety programs, with close collaboration with the Plant Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of leadership experience in an industrial environment.
• Associate degree in Business, Manufacturing, Engineering Technology, Production or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• With direction from EH&S Manager help implementation and maintaining of safety & continuous flow production methods with plant manager and EH&S Manager.
• Actively seek out, find, and implement process improvements to reduce RM cost and improve asset utilization.
• Lead development of daily/weekly production schedules and ensure adherence.
• Ensure proper training of employees with leads and systematic trainer to advance the business.
• Oversee plant layout for optimal safety and efficiency.
• Utilize Inventory Management Process to meet finished goods targets.
• Ensure OSHA compliance training monthly with EH&S team.
• Manage preventative/predictive maintenance program and maintenance team.
