Job summary

CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead daily manufacturing operations in Houston.

The role focuses on safety, productivity, quality, and employee engagement while coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, and Planning teams to meet business objectives. The ideal candidate brings hands-on floor leadership, problem-solving skills, and a track record of driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive manufacturing, production, operations, or supervisory experience.
• Experience leading hourly manufacturing employees in a production environment.
• Experience using ERP systems and production reporting tools to support decisions.
• Strong leadership, communication, coaching, conflict-resolution, and team-building skills.
• Lean manufacturing knowledge and safety program familiarity.
• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop production employees with clear performance expectations and standard execution.
• Oversee daily manufacturing activities to meet schedules, quality, and customer commitments safely and efficiently.
• Enforce safety policies and foster a safety-focused culture.
• Monitor performance metrics, labor utilization, equipment effectiveness, and waste levels.
• Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, Planning, and Leadership to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for productivity, workflow, and cost reductions.
• Identify bottlenecks, staffing challenges, and operational risks and implement solutions.
• Maintain workforce scheduling, training programs, and attendance management.
