Job summary

Stulz is seeking an experienced production operations leader to drive safe, quality-focused manufacturing, and to deliver on delivery, productivity and cost objectives while guiding cross-functional teams.

You will own production planning, establish daily management rhythms, lead Lean improvement initiatives, and partner with Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Safety and Supply Chain to enable business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Lean Sigma certification or equivalent preferred.
• Proven leadership of production teams in manufacturing.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Direct production operations to ensure safe, quality-focused, and efficient execution while meeting delivery commitments.
• Own production planning, scheduling, and execution to meet demand and throughput objectives.
• Establish and maintain the plant's operational rhythm through daily management and cross-functional alignment meetings.
• Analyze production metrics, drive corrective actions, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
