Techo-Bloc seeks an experienced Production Manager to lead our manufacturing operations, drive OEE, and supervise workforce across shifts. You will shape budgets, oversee continuous improvement, and ensure safety compliance in a fast-paced, multi-facility environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, collaboration with logistics, planning, and QA teams, and a track record of delivering cost efficiency while upholding product quality. Base location: U.S. manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years in production or operations management.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with drive train, conveyors experience.
• Proficient in PLC logic and electrical systems troubleshooting.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management or related field.
• Experience with lean manufacturing and Kanban.

Responsibilities

• Lead production teams to meet productivity and safety targets.
• Oversee production planning, staffing, and KPI tracking.
• Drive continuous improvement using 5S and Kanban.
• Manage budgets, cost control, and capital projects.
• Ensure product quality through inspections and testing.
