Techo-Bloc is seeking hands-on, mechanically minded operators for a night shift in Waterloo, IN. You will operate automated manufacturing equipment, perform set-ups, and maintain equipment, while producing quality products to meet production goals.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in a similar role, leadership experience, and basic computer/ERP proficiency. Flexible hours and overtime may be required to support continuous operations.

Competenze

• 3+ years in a similar role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading frontline teams or shift crews.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft tools is a plus.
• Strong data-driven mindset and ability to communicate performance, quality and safety metrics.

Mansioni

• Operate automated manufacturing equipment to meet production goals.
• Produce assigned products with verbal and written instructions.
• Complete equipment set-up procedures and preventative maintenance.
• Use tools and measuring devices to maintain, adjust and repair equipment.
• Prepare production and maintenance reports daily.
• Dismantle and reassemble heavy plant components using hoists and hand tools.
• Perform minor repairs and escalate issues to maintenance to avoid delays.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
