Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical/manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Minimum seven years of experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering.
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio).
• Knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma and related problem-solving methods.
• Experience with process documentation and work instruction writing.

Responsibilities

• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, 5S, Kaizen and QRM.
• Develop and optimize production cells, layouts and material flow.
• Create and maintain manufacturing travelers, work orders and SOPs.
• Drive root cause analysis and CAPA activities to eliminate issues.
• Collaborate with IE, EHS and Facilities to improve plant efficiency.
