Temco Precision Manufacturing in Manchester, NH is seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee production processes, drive efficiency, and ensure quality. You will lead a skilled team, apply lean methods, and coordinate CNC programming and machine setups, particularly Mastercam, to optimize runs.

The role emphasizes project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration to meet customer demands while maintaining high standards of output and delivery performance.

Competenze

• Proven experience in a production management role.
• Strong knowledge of GD&T and its application in manufacturing.
• Excellent project management with a track record of successful project delivery.
• Experience in CNC programming, Mastercam software.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their application in a production environment.
• Proficient in production planning and scheduling techniques.
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and ERP software.
• Experience with CAM software is a plus.
