Qualifications

7-10 years experience as a CNC Programmer using Mastercam, G-code and M-code.
Proven multi-axis machining experience in aerospace/defense manufacturing environments.
Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork, able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

Program multi-axis CNC machines using Mastercam to produce high-precision components.
Design and implement efficient manufacturing processes to improve productivity and quality.
Set up and operate CNC machines (Fanuc controllers) to spec and tolerances.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot manufacturing issues.
Analyze production data to identify improvements and support quoting with runtime/setup estimates.
Train and mentor machinists on best practices and safety protocols.
