Job summary

Graham Packaging is seeking a Production Manager to lead the Production Department in our Missouri facility. You will supervise supervisors and staff, ensure safety, quality and cost-efficiency, and drive production plans aligned with customer service requirements.

We value a 5+ year track record in manufacturing leadership, strong communication, and the ability to collaborate across teams to meet plant objectives. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent operations experience required.
• Five years' supervisory or management experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Enforce safety, health, quality GMP and company policies.
• Oversee hiring, performance reviews, recognition and discipline.
• Execute production schedule to meet time, cost and quality targets.
• Maintain inventory levels of production supplies to meet production requirements.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for equipment upkeep and preventive maintenance.
• Interact with sales to align production with customer needs and plant objectives.
• Travel 0-25% may be required.
