Amcor Peosta plant is seeking a Production Supervisor to assume full responsibility for the Production Department and plant operations, ensuring GMP compliance and safety. The role manages staffing, training, performance appraisals, and cross-functional collaboration to maximize operating efficiency.

You will coordinate production projects, monitor costs, and develop procedures while maintaining records and communicating with other departments.

Qualifications

• Technical School Degree in manufacturing or related field.
• Knowledge of GMP procedures.
• Ability to work safely and follow safety rules.
• Experience coaching and evaluating staff.
