Amcor is seeking a Production Supervisor for the Peosta plant to manage the Production Department, ensuring maximum operating efficiency and compliance with GMP and ISO standards. You will coordinate staffing, training, and safety programs while fostering teamwork across shifts.

You will lead pursuits to improve productivity, control costs, and maintain safe working conditions. Proficiency with MS Office and a technical manufacturing background are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Technical School Degree required or equivalent in Manufacturing field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as Production Supervisor or similar role.
• Experience coordinating production training and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Operate and oversee Production Department to maximize efficiency.
• Plan and coordinate training programs for department personnel.
• Maintain GMP procedures, safety programs, and ISO requirements.
