You will oversee manufacturing, materials, and shipping processes, ensuring OSHA/EPA compliance, and maintaining strong inventory controls to meet customer needs while fostering teamwork with maintenance and staff.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory/management experience.
• Bi-lingual communication is a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with maintenance personnel.
• Ability to build and lead a teamwork-oriented environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory controls.
• Strong analytical problem solving abilities.
• Effective communication with customers.
• Experience in building products or industrial manufacturing preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; JD Edwards experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise 40 employees across two shifts.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and control requirements.
• Schedule production and manage inventory to meet customer requirements.
• Review accuracy of daily production reports.
• Maintain accident-free work environment.
• Ensure plant machinery complies with policies and requirements.
• Maintain organized and clean warehouse.
• Oversee housekeeping in production areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
