The QUIKRETE Companies, LLC is seeking a Plant Manager for our Peachland, North Carolina facility in the Charlotte area. You will lead two shifts, coordinate all plant operations, and drive safety, quality, service and financial results across production, maintenance, delivery, quality control, and administration.

You will partner with Sales to meet customer needs, build a strong plant team, and ensure timely product delivery while maintaining a focus on continuous improvement and cost control.

Competenze

• Five or more years of management experience in a manufacturing setting.
• A four-year college degree is preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to work with maintenance and engineering staff.
• Proven ability to build, mentor and lead high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Hands-on leadership style with customer-focused accountability.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and accountability for plant operations across production, maintenance, delivery, quality, and admin functions.
• Own plant P&L performance and resources to meet production, quality, service, and cost targets.
• Drive production performance to or above targets and pursue efficiency improvements.
• Oversee procurement, use of raw materials, inventory, and quality control.
