Quikrete Holdings Inc. is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a 15-20 person team and direct manufacturing operations from materials receipt to shipping. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and cost-effective production in a fast-paced environment.

You will develop and enforce safety programs, monitor monthly metrics, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and customer specs while coordinating with internal and external customers to meet production goals.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
• Broad knowledge of business functions including safety, quality and cost control.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and results orientation.
• Extensive understanding of production methods and equipment.

Mansioni

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 15-20 employees.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process from receipt of materials to shipping.
• Develop and maintain safety standards and administer safety programs.
• Communicate policies and direct production scheduling, inventory, and transport.
• Understand all manufacturing processes and production equipment.
• Analyze monthly metrics on safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
• Stay current with regulatory requirements and customer specifications.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on orders and shipping.
• Ensure adherence to quality procedures and proper documentation.
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels to support local market needs.
