Job summary

• 5 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) operating systems.
• Broad knowledge of safety, quality, production operations, and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to a team of 15-20 employees.
• Oversee the entire manufacturing process from receipt of materials to shipping.
• Develop and maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Coordinate with internal and external customers on orders, routes, pricing, and shipping.
• Analyze monthly metrics related to safety, quality, delivery, cost and inventory.
