Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Proven leadership and commitment to employee development.
• Experience facilitating Kaizen events and Lean initiatives.
• Manufacturing leadership experience with KPI-driven results.

Responsibilities

• Build and sustain a strong safety culture through training and risk reduction.
• Lead continuous improvement to improve quality, throughput, and efficiency.
• Facilitate Kaizen events and structured improvement activities.
• Improve product cost through better use of labor, materials, and processes.
• Monitor KPIs and drive safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.
• Coach and mentor team members for growth and accountability.
• Promote standard work and process adherence across shifts.
• Collaborate with engineering, planning, service, and maintenance teams.
• Ensure proper training and SOP compliance.
• Support root-cause problem solving and corrective actions.
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
