Job summary

Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Production Supervisor for a manufacturing client in Grand Rapids, MI. The role oversees hourly production personnel on the 2nd shift, emphasizing safety, quality, and continuous improvement to achieve on-time delivery.

Salary ranges from $70,000 to $75,000 per year DOE, with comprehensive benefits through the client upon hire. Direct hire opportunity with growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; comparable manufacturing experience considered.
• At least three years in manufacturing/production; supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience overseeing hourly production personnel in high-volume or engineered settings.
• Solid knowledge of manufacturing operations, scheduling, quality systems, and workplace safety.
• Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and structured problem-solving methods.
• Ability to analyze production data and leverage KPIs to improve operations.
• Effective communication, leadership, organization, and decision-making abilities.
• Collaboration with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead team development and mentorship to elevate performance.
• Promote safety, quality, and performance standards daily.
• Ensure quality issues are addressed and resolved with teams.
• Drive production improvements and standard work across shifts.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize on-time delivery.
