Responsibilities

• Lead a safety culture based on awareness, training, and hazard elimination.
• Use data to prioritize activities that improve quality, throughput, and manufacturability.
• Conduct Kaizen events to foster a continuous improvement culture.
• Optimize product cost through labor, process, and material efficiency improvements.
• Keep team focused on meeting or exceeding KPIs.
• Identify, develop, and mentor the team to take on more responsibility.
• Coordinate with engineering, scheduling, customer service, warehouse, and maintenance.
