Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions is seeking a Production Manager to lead multiple construction crews and ensure jobsite quality and safety. You will recruit, train, and manage Supervisors and Crew Members, coordinating with managers and customers to keep projects on track. The role demands hands-on supervision, strong judgment, and adherence to safety protocols.

Foundation experience is preferred. A valid driver's license, driving record, and background checks are required as part of the

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory and leadership experience.
• Ability to perform physical labor to load/unload materials and stand/walk on uneven ground.
• Requires good judgment and sound decision-making ability.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and a favorable driving record.
• Foundation experience preferred.
• Must pass a pre-employment Drug Test and undergo a Background Check.

Responsibilities

• Manage Supervisors and Crew Members.
• Recruit, hire and train new Crew Members and Supervisors on construction methods and operation of equipment.
• Examine and inspect job progress, equipment and construction sites as necessary.
• Coordinate with managers, technical professionals, other departments, or contractors to resolve problems.
• Be the point of contact for customers and team members.
• Ensure job site quality and safety.
• Operate and maintain company vehicles.
• Prepare and conduct weekly Safety Meetings and Inspections.
