Olshan Foundation Repair in Tampa, FL is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team. You will lead a construction crew of 4-6 employees on residential foundation repair projects, ensuring safety and quality.

Responsibilities include supervising crew, training, inspecting progress, and maintaining a clean, safe job site. Strong customer service and adherence to industry standards are valued.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must be 21+
• Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick Days, Holidays)
• Previous foundation repair experience a plus
