Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions in Jackson, MS is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team. You will lead a construction crew of 4-6 employees and oversee safety and progress on foundation repair projects.

The role requires proven leadership in construction, ability to work outdoors on uneven ground, and a valid driver’s license; pre-employment drug test and background check are required. Paid Time Off is provided along with a supportive, family-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction.
• Customer service skills.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs, bend and stoop.
• Must be comfortable working outside on uneven ground.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a favorable driving record.

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
