Job summary

Olshan Foundation Repair is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to join our team in Texas. You will lead a construction crew of 4-6 employees and ensure foundation repair work meets company and industry standards, while managing jobsite progress and safety.

The role requires 4 years of foundation experience, 2-3 years of leadership in construction, and a valid driver's license. We value safety, teamwork, and reliable performance on outdoor sites.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience working in foundation
• 2-3 years proven leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Previous foundation repair experience a plus
• Customer Service
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend and stoop
• Must be comfortable working outside and walking on uneven ground
• Must have a valid driver's license with a favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must be 21+

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
• Ensure all foundation repair work is performed in accordance with company and industry standards
• Jobsite management: examine, and inspect job progress
• Safely operate company equipment
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
