Job summary

Olshan Foundation Solutions in Longview, TX is seeking a Construction Crew Leader to guide a 4-6 person crew on foundation repair projects. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to manage daily progress on job sites.

You will oversee crew performance, train staff, coordinate with crews and customers, operate company equipment safely, and ensure work meets company and industry standards while maintaining a clean, organized site.

Qualifications

• 4 years experience in foundation work
• 2–3 years leadership or supervisory experience in construction
• Prior foundation repair experience is a plus
• Customer service orientation
• Must lift 50 lbs and work outside on uneven ground
• Valid driver's license with favorable driving record
• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must be 21+

Responsibilities

• Oversee 4-6 crew members, delegate, train, and ensure safety
• Ensure all foundation repair work complies with company and industry standards
• Jobsite management: inspect progress and monitor timelines
