Traditions is seeking an experienced Production Manager for the TRIO Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. You will supervise the food production process, including purchasing, specifications, meal prep, service and sanitation, ensuring quality and cost objectives.

You will orient and train new staff, develop standardized recipes, and contribute to special events planning and execution in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ progressive culinary management experience, preferably in a long‑term care setting.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

Responsibilities

• Orients and trains new employees in production areas.
• Develops standardized recipes and utilizes other production tools to ensure food quality and cost objectives.
• Participates in the planning and execution of special events.
