Traditions in Pearl, MS is seeking a reliable production worker to join the Community Meals team. You will participate in all stages of food production, from line setup to packaging, while adhering to safety policies and quality checks.

Responsibilities include training across production areas and ensuring product quality for frozen and fresh meals distributed in the region. Prior manufacturing experience is a plus, with full-time, on-site employment and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must meet production standards on assignments within a reasonable time.
• Nice-to-have: prior manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities

• Receiving training in all areas of production, including line supply, pulling supply, adding or filling manufacturing line, and packaging.
• Manufacturing and assembling frozen and fresh food products.
• Performing assignments in accordance with established safety policies and procedures.
• Performing any specified quality assurance checks designated for each job, function, or assignment.
• Observing proper manufacturing practices and policies.
