Job summary

Traditions in Pearl, MS is seeking an experienced Production Manager for our TRIO Community Meals team. You will supervise the food production process, including purchasing, recipe development, meal preparation, service and sanitation, with a focus on quality and cost control.

The role requires 3+ years of culinary management, strong leadership and organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. An associate degree in culinary arts is preferred.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ progressive culinary management experience preferably within a long term care setting.

The Role at a glance:

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated production manager to our TRIO Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. As an production Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise the food production process including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service and sanitation.
