Job summary

Traditions is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Pearl, MS to ensure the food production line runs smoothly, maintain refrigeration and A/C equipment, and perform repairs in the hot meal commissary.

The role requires refrigeration, electrical, and general maintenance experience, with training or certification in those areas. You will work onsite and participate in safety trainings while supporting production schedules.

Qualifications

• College education or training in Refrigeration, Electrical, and General Maintenance or comparable experience.
• Two years’ experience in Refrigeration, Electrical, and General Maintenance
• Tested and certified on Refrigeration and A/C.

Responsibilities

• Setting-up and running of the production line in Frozen Meals. Assisting in maintaining cooking and packaging equipment in Frozen Meals.
• Assisting in maintaining refrigeration and A/C equipment, when necessary.
• Performing preventative maintenance on all equipment on a weekly basis with documentation.
• Attending safety training classes and supporting production timelines.
