Job summary

Elior's Traditions - Kitchen in Pearl, MS is seeking an experienced production manager to supervise the food production process, including purchasing, recipe development, meal preparation, service and sanitation.

You will orient and train staff, develop standardized recipes, control quality and costs, and participate in planning special events. 3+ years of culinary management in long-term care preferred; strong leadership and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of progressive culinary management experience, preferably in long-term care.
• Ability to organize workloads and meet time deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft software programs.

The Role at a glance

We are looking to add an experienced, motivated production manager to our TRIO Community Meals team in Pearl, MS. As an production Manager, you will have the opportunity to supervise the food production process including purchasing, food specifications, meal preparation, service and sanitation.

What we're looking for
