JACHS NY LLC is seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager for our West Palm Beach office. Reporting to the Director of Production & Global Sourcing, you will oversee the day-to-day apparel production process from PO issuance to final delivery, supervise Production Coordinators, and collaborate with overseas offices, factories, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities to meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apparel production experience.
• Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers, particularly in Asia.
• Previous experience managing or supervising a production team.
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production from PO issuance through final delivery.
• Supervise and work closely with Production Coordinators.
• Monitor production WIP, critical paths, approvals, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, factories, fabric mills, and suppliers.
• Ensure production requirements, approvals, and documentation are communicated accurately and on time.
• Identify potential production or delivery issues early and drive follow-up and resolution.
• Provide clear production status updates to internal teams and escalate critical issues as needed.

About the Role

JACHS is seeking an experienced and highly organized Apparel Production Manager to join our West Palm Beach office. Reporting to the Director of Production & Global Sourcing, this position will manage the day-to-day apparel production process from PO issuance through final delivery, supervise Production Coordinators, and work closely with overseas offices, factories, suppliers, and internal teams.

We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of the production process. The ideal candidate can manage multiple priorities, identify potential issues early, and keep production moving according to required timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production from PO issuance through final delivery
• Supervise and work closely with Production Coordinators
• Monitor production WIP, critical paths, approvals, and delivery schedules
• Work directly with overseas offices, factories, fabric mills, and suppliers
• Ensure production requirements, approvals, and documentation are communicated accurately and on time
• Identify potential production or delivery issues early and drive follow-up and resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams, QA/QC, and vendors as needed
• Provide clear production status updates and escrow critical issues when necessary

Requirements

• 5+ years of apparel production experience
• Strong understanding of apparel manufacturing and production timelines
• Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers, particularly in Asia
• Previous experience managing or supervising a production team
• Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Excel and production tracking tools
• Experience with major U.S. retailers or high-volume apparel programs is a plus
