Job summary

JACHS NY LLC is seeking an experienced Apparel Production Manager for our West Palm Beach office. Reporting to the Director of Production & Global Sourcing, you will oversee the day-to-day apparel production process from PO issuance to final delivery, supervise Production Coordinators, and collaborate with overseas offices, factories, and suppliers.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities to meet tight timelines.

Qualifications

5+ years of apparel production experience.
Experience working with overseas factories and suppliers, particularly in Asia.
Previous experience managing or supervising a production team.
Strong organizational, communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day production from PO issuance through final delivery.
Supervise and work closely with Production Coordinators.
Monitor production WIP, critical paths, approvals, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with overseas offices, factories, fabric mills, and suppliers.
Ensure production requirements, approvals, and documentation are communicated accurately and on time.
Identify potential production or delivery issues early and drive follow-up and resolution.
Provide clear production status updates to internal teams and escalate critical issues as needed.
