As our Production Manager, you'll earn a competitive wage of $65,000-$85,000 per year, plus bonuses and performance incentives. We also offer excellent benefits and perks, including:

THE GROWTH YOU HELP PROVIDE AS A PRODUCTION MANAGER

In this full-time role, you'll start each day ensuring crews are properly scheduled, jobs are fully prepared, and resources are aligned for success. You'll review job scopes, materials, permits, purchase orders, and customer expectations to ensure every project is installation-ready before work begins. Throughout the day, you'll partner with installers, sales teams, customers, and leadership to solve challenges, keep schedules on track, monitor crew performance, and drive efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

OUR IDEAL PRODUCTION MANAGER

We're looking for someone who can meet the following qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in residential home services, construction, installation operations, or a similar production/operations environment
• Experience working with scheduling, field employees, job costing, and performance metrics
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills

At least 3 years of residential HVAC, plumbing, or electrical production or installation management experience, ServiceTitan experience, and expertise in scheduling, job costing, permits, purchase orders, inventory coordination, labor percentages, revenue metrics, and production KPIs are preferred.
