What You’ll Do:

As part of our growth, we are expanding our Construction Management team! The Residential Construction Manager oversees the quality, budget, schedule, and client experience for each home built in their community. They manage the daily construction process following Allen Edwin Construction Compass philosophies and guidelines.

In this role, you will:

• Create a positive environment for trades through daily actions and attitudes that add value
• Ensure readiness of each job site for trades
• Develop and maintain organizational systems aligned with the Construction Compass Philosophy
• Communicate weekly with the Regional Manager – Field on construction performance and objectives
• Build homes according to quality and performance standards
• Report deviations, inefficiencies, and problems daily to promote transparency
• Approve work for payment based on standards and quality guidelines
• Complete homes according to schedule templates
• Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
• Deliver exceptional experiences to clients and tradespeople

Results/Accountability:

• Meet Field Performance Objectives
• Achieve 95% Willingness to Refer and 80% Enthusiasm ratings in external surveys

Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management preferred
• At least three years of residential or construction supervisory experience preferred
