Job Description:

Role Overview:

A Product Manager is responsible for identifying customer needs and projecting business objectives for a particular project. Develop product pricing and positioning strategies and drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

• Handles group of products marketing responsibility depending on the needs of the business.
• Create, increase, and maintain market share by working with the Sales Team and conducting fieldwork to develop product sales strategies.
• Manage and Review Advertising and Promo budget in achievement of P&L metrics.
• Compliance with regulatory procedures, guidelines, and policies and performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
• Recommends the nature of the scope of present and future product lines, campaigns, target market, and pricing recommendations.
• Assess the market data and competition and develop strategies to protect the existing market, spot trends, and capitalize on opportunities.
• Prepares long-term and short-term sales forecasts; special reports and analyses.
• Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending conventions and seminars.
• Prepares Annual Brand Plans, Annual market data analysis, and Marketing programs and strategies.
• Provides recommendations for improvement in system, process, and procedures.
• Develop/write Marketing and Educational Plans for the launch of products and achieve agreed launch timetables.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or any related course.
• Proven work experience in product management or as an associate product manager for at least two (2) years.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
• Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
