Regional Human Resources Manager, SmartSign

POSITION SUMMARY: Production Manager directs, plans, assigns, and monitors the activities of all FenceScreen production personnel, while facilitating and monitoring the throughput of all materials through manufacturing. The effective management of these operations will be performed by executing the following duties personally or through assist personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning & Execution:

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demands.
• Ensure optimal utilization of resources, labor, and machinery.
• Monitor production output and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
• Meet or exceed daily, monthly, and quarterly shipment goals

Quality & Process Improvement:

• Maintain and improve product quality by enforcing manufacturing standards.
• Identify inefficiencies in production and implement process improvements.
• Work closely with quality assurance teams to resolve production issues.
• Supervise and lead production staff, ensuring a motivated and productive workforce.
• Conduct training and development programs for team members.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Safety & Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Implement safety protocols and conduct regular safety inspections.
• Address and resolve workplace hazards or concerns proactively.

Cost Management:

• Control production costs and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for smooth operations.

EQUIPMENT/ COMPUTER SKILLS:

• Experience: MS Office, Ship Station, Oracle NetSuite or similar ERP system
• Experience using a variety of tools (i.e., Calipers, digital etching or cutting machines, belt conveyors, etc.)
• Experience in performing service routines and preventative maintenance

EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Must have (minimum of five years) supervisory or managerial experience
• Knowledge of work planning and scheduling
• Knowledge of machine and tools.
• Knowledge of production and processing.
• Must be able to read and understand English.
• Must have excellent math and measuring skills.
• Must be detail oriented and an active listener.
• Must be able to lift 25 lbs.
