General Summary

The Service Operations Support Manager in Training is responsible for managing and leading associates to ensure operational success.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

1. Manage and lead associates to achieve production targets, maintain inventory levels, and provide excellent customer service.
2. Conduct observations and provide feedback to associates.
3. Participate in hiring and development of staff.
4. Maintain key performance indicators.
5. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Assist with production planning.
7. Ensure proper inventory of materials and equipment.
8. Support sales, business office, and purchasing teams as needed.
9. Ensure compliance with risk management, safety, and environmental guidelines.
10. Handle customer concerns effectively.
11. Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Salary and Benefits
