Job summary

Bright Brothers Exterior Washing & Holiday Lights seeks a Production Manager to lead the production department, ensuring work is completed on time and on budget with safety and quality in mind.

You will recruit, train, and develop staff, set clear expectations, and drive performance while delivering remarkable customer experiences. Compensation ranges from $60,000 to $80,000 per year with strong advancement potential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred and 2+ years of foreman/manager experience OR equivalent education/experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the production team and ensure goals are met on time and on budget.
• Cascade the company vision, provide direction, and remove barriers to success.
• Recruit, on board, train employees, and set performance expectations.
• Conduct performance reviews and partner with HR on decisions.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
• Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time.
• Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to understand and converse in Spanish is a plus.
• Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Skill in and ability to operate equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb.
• Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred and 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
• A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and drive for the company.

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
