Bright Brothers Exterior Washing & Holiday Lights is seeking a Production Manager to lead the production department, drive on-time project delivery, and manage budget with emphasis on safety and customer satisfaction.

The role requires construction or business background, strong communication, and the ability to manage field crews and equipment while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
• Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lb and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT medical certification.
• English proficiency required; Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and be accountable for department goals and team alignment.
• Recruit, onboard, and train employees; set expectations and provide feedback.
• Develop annual production goals and plans with leadership; adjust as needed.
• Ensure safety, quality, on-time completion, and proper use of company assets.
• Deliver remarkable customer experiences and escalate issues when needed.

Essential Job Functions

• Lead, Manage, Accountability (LMA)
  • Cascades the company’s vision, mission, values and provides clear direction.
  • Removes barriers so that the company’s vision is achievable.
  • Recruits, selects, onboards, and trains employees.
  • Provides expectations and holds employees accountable to meeting these expectations.

  • Communicates with customers in a timely manner to overcome obstacles/problems on jobs and reach an acceptable solution.
  • As necessary, escalates customer issues to the team to find a timely solution.

Position Requirements

• Knowledge of construction or related trades and construction management.
• Skill in operating a personal computer, cell phone, programs, and apps.
• Ability to detect/recognize information in written materials and on screen roughly 50% of the time.
• Ability to understand, communicate, read, and write in English.
• Ability to understand and converse in Spanish is a plus.
• Skill in verbal and written communication and strong presentation skills.
• Skill in and ability to operate equipment and/or power tools preferred.
• Ability to lift or move up to 100 lb.Ability to move about and move to/from and work from the floor level or in crawl spaces.
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in construction or business preferred and 2+ years of experience as a foreman/manager in the construction trades OR a combination of education and experience that illustrates a proven track record in this field
• A valid driver’s license, a safe driving record, and the ability to obtain a DOT medical certification and drive for the company.
