Job summary

Bright Brothers Space City is seeking a reliable and motivated Assistant Technician to support our field teams with soft washing and holiday lighting installations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role where safety, attention to detail, and teamwork are key. No prior experience? We provide full training!

We offer competitive pay, paid hands-on training with industry-leading tools and methods, and a respectful, team-focused culture. This role follows a Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with cleaning tools (training provided).
• Comfortable with ladders and heights.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality and willingness to learn.
• Valid driver's license.
• Insurable under company auto policy at standard rates.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload work trucks with tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist Lead Technician with residential and commercial soft washing and holiday lighting installations.
• Follow company procedures to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Take precautions to protect landscaping, surfaces, and customer property during cleaning and lighting jobs.
• Perform light equipment maintenance and clean-up duties; follow all safety protocols.
