Job Description

We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee the end-to-end production process of our lighting collections. This is a part-time and remote position, ideal for someone who thrives in high-detail environments and has extensive experience in luxury or high-end lighting production.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage relationships with artisans, workshops, and manufacturers

Track production timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks

Translate 3D design outputs into production-ready documentation

Ensure material sourcing aligns with the brand’s design and quality standards

Liaise between design and fabrication teams to maintain consistency

Identify and solve production challenges proactively

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience in luxury lighting or high-end product manufacturing

Strong knowledge of materials (brass, glass, bronze, steel) and finishing techniques

Proven experience working with international or remote production teams

Familiarity with CAD drawings, technical specs, and prototyping processes

Excellent communication and time management skills

Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
